Reflections on the worship services held on Zoom, by Holly Drew

The Sunday morning service just ended and I am noticing that the structure of our worship has been so wonderfully altered.  Instead of receiving words from the minister and music from the choir, we now add in the thoughts and feelings of the congregation about their experiences in and out of the church during, and perhaps overlaying, the service.  There is now a third “voice” which is just as precious and inspiring as the other two.  (A blessed trinity?)

This is the light that may be saving us from despair.
